Fabricating super alloy rolls is an everyday occurrence at Bonell.  Conductor rolls have a nickel content over 42%.  Forged, copper electrodes are shrunk into the body from both ends.  Conductor and plater contact roll applications include tin and chrome lines.  Conductor and plater contact rolls are some of the most expensive and technologically complex products that Bonell offers.
